From December through February, the outdoor portion of The Railyard transforms into a giant ice rink for skating, curling leagues, and other events.

- Sunday 12:00PM-9:00PM (closed at 4:00pm for Bud Light Keg Curling Season)

Bud Light Keg Curling
Leagues run on Sunday and Monday nights during the winter. Sign up inside Longwell’s.
Your proposal has to be perfect, and we want to help! Our proposal package starts at $250 and includes:
- Two skate passes with skate rentals
- 30-second personalized “Will You Marry Me?” message on The Cube
- Two 30-second personalized “Congratulations!” messages played throughout the night on The Cube
- Special song to be played during the proposal
Whether it’s a company outing or just a gathering for friends, enjoy the exclusiveness of having the rink, The Cube, and music for you and your group. Our package starts at $1,000 and includes:
- Skate rentals for all guests
- Access to the Cube and sound system

Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I park?
There are various meter parking locations around the Haymarket and Canopy St, along with multiple parking garages that offer the first hour free! Street parking is free after 6:00PM during the week and all day on Sunday. Visit Park&Go for a map of garage locations.
Do you take cash and credit cards?
We accept all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash.
Can I bring my own skates?
Sure! When you bring in your own skates, you skate for free! Just check in at the skate shack to sign your waiver and grab a wrist band.
Do I need to sign a waiver? If so, where do I find it?
Yes, you need to sign a waiver before skating with us. You can fill it out at the Ice Rink, or make the check-in process quicker by filling it out online beforehand!
Can children skate alone?
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children between the ages of 12-18 may skate alone, but must have a parental waiver signed.
Can I have a birthday party or a private event at the ice rink?

Where do I find out if you are open during bad weather or private events?
We post all changes of operational hours on our Facebook Page. The rink may close from time to time due to extreme cold or dangerous weather.
Is there food available in the area?
The Railyard is home to several restaurants! With burgers, sushi, pizza, and more available, there’s a restaurant in The Railyard for everyone!
What skate sizes do you have?
We have a variety of skate sizes for both kids and adults, but unfortunately no half sizes.
