Fitness Saturdays at The Railyard could be exactly what you’re searching for!
Join fellow workout warriors at The Railyard each Saturday morning for an engaging, calorie-blasting experience. These expert-led workouts range from yoga to cycling, high-intensity interval training, cardiovascular conditioning, and more! Sessions are led by local trainers from Orangetheory Fitness Lincoln, Lost in Float, The Body Lab, Victress, and other exercise and wellness studios throughout Lincoln.
These workouts are free to the public and enforce social distancing guidelines, making them a safe way to exercise and reach your fitness goals! Physical activity is always important, but research shows it’s especially key during the pandemic. Come to the Railyard from 9:30 AM-10:30 AM each Saturday to get your mind and body ready to take on another week.
So why are Fitness Saturday’s so beneficial? As gyms are remaining closed, getting together with a fun group of individuals for just an hour to kick off your weekend will give you a great sense of accomplishment, setting the tone for your Saturday and Sunday.
